    I wish the industry would quit fortifying wheat flour with folic acid. Thank you for informing your viewers that many of us don't easily convert it to a usable form. Eat beans and greens.

      Our pool is kept 84° year round 24/7. The warmth invigorates me. I love being able to avoid the chill factor. To be frank, that temperature is wonderful year-round. 😂

    0.3kg increase over 13 weeks (by adding 40g ontop of the rda) isnt that little actually
    if u train 6 days a week (as a beginner, who gains a lot of muscle still) ull gain ~700g muscle per month
    for advanced athletes thats about half that (350g per month) - so for advanced athletes these mere "0.3 kg" r actually 1 month worth over a 3ish month period (33% increase)
