I just went to Walmart the other day and I found some really cute stuff as well! I snagged a pair of fall colored plaid leggings, a burnt orange shirt to match (same as the purple one you tried on) and two pairs of soft Halloween leggings! I am a Halloween freak fan so any time I find fun Halloween gear to wear, I snag them. Thanks for another great video Taren!
That furry vest that you tried on, they had those at Walmart last year but they were a little bit different. They were quilted and they didn't have that band at the bottom which I don't care for. When they came out with them this year I went to Walmart and looked at them and I think the ones they had last year were way nicer. There are a bunch of people selling them this year on Poshmark. I know this because I have gotten on there and bought every color they have! When you get on Poshmark just type in time and Tru vest and they will pop up. You'll see what I'm talking about. The ones last year had a quilted design on the outside. 💕

I had bought that leopard sweater at Walmart. I liked the length and I liked the lightweight of it as in SW FL that’s what I wear in winter. I also got some leopard leggings and a skirt and top on sale for $3.00 each. You tried on some cute stuff too. Walmart has really gotten a lot more fashionable for plus with the great prices. I did not know they had wide shoes. Thanks!!!💕
lovethischaos : Hi fashion friend, I have not even worn it yet as it is in the 90s here still in Florida. I just hung it up in my closet and it still has the tags on it even. When I do wash it I will wash it in cold water on the delicate setting and hang it up up dry. On the care tag in the sweater it says “ machine wash cold with like colors. Use delicate/gentle cycle, only non chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low”. It is 78% Rayon and 22% polyester. I hope this info helps you! 💕

Funny that you said this. We just saw those tops this week. Theyre in pretty girly pastel type colors and the curved hem is definitely a feminine touch. I was laughing at the image of my husband wearing them. 😂😂 But I would totally buy for myself!

I picked up one of those Sherpa vests in black and it’s soft and cozy and it was only 10 dollars, I had to stop myself from picking up another sherpa zip up because mine from last year is still perfect. They have really cute sleepwear as well
Walmart is definitely game on for style these days! I love the thermals and peplum tops. I saw some stretchy houndstooth check pants about $18. Girl get you the Walmart app. Very helpful looking for stuff in store, and scanning price tags. I found a bag clearance marked $12 when I scanned was $3.
I enjoyed your "try-on" very much, even more because I had just done a Walmart purchase myself. I am surprised at some of the sizes you modeled. I believe you said the purple thermal was a size 1x and it fit very nicely on you, then you had on 3x. Maybe the 3xs were all you could find to try on or maybe you prefer a looser fit but you looked great in all of them. I did buy the cardigan, originally taking the orangey red color but grabbing the pumpkin color instead when I spotted it. 🧡
Beth Casenhiser yeah, didn’t the average women’s size used to be a 16? Why do they have to be classified anymore. Can’t stores just say the sizes they offer. No skinny whatever, no plus. Just says the sizes. It’s nobody’s business what size anyone wears. Who cares! Wear what makes you feel good!
I wear a fairly consistent size 14 (pants) and XL (tops) and I find that I can wear clothes in both the "regular" sizes and the plus sizes (size 0X or 1X). My general body shape and bra measurements are pretty similar to Taren's, I just have a smaller frame/narrower hips.
I have the brown booties from time and Tru I absolutely love them in the most comfortable ever I'm hoping to get some more maybe a black pair in that same style
I bought the animal print cardi a few weeks ago when they first hit the store. We don't have a big clothing selection at our closest Walmart. I also found that while you can often find wide width shoes in my store (I got a pair of leopard print flats), they are not available online. I find that really interesting.

I went to Walmart and got a similar orange cardigan. They didnt have the same exact one or the leopard so I'll have to try to find those. Let your girl know if you find a mustard yellow cardigan at any stores.
The purple top in the 1X was too small on you. It was pulling under the arms, and creased pointing to your bust. That's how you can tell something is too small..... the folds or creases point to the problem. The 2X items looked lovely on you. Good job on the "no-buy". We all have too much stuff!! LOL!

I recommend you try again soon :) That store seems like they are missing so many fashions. I work at walmart and man they stepped up on the fashion. They have these fashion nova button-down sweater dresses. I had to get every color. They also have These really nice corset back sweater cardigans, skull sweater cardigans (I like the darker side of clothing) so I was shocked at what they carry. I wear a 3x and am able to wear the No Boundaries styles (Jr Plus) and the activewear you just have to really look through them. I can wear a 2x in the activewear So you may be able to wear a 1x. They don't have a specific plus size section for those. Maybe it depends on the stores too though. My store no lie is smack in a very busy ass area so I get shocked to see anything in lol.
I've been to a couple of other stores that have different stuff than this one so I definitely think I need to give it another go, maybe order online too!

i purchased 2 of the terra and sky plain tshirts back in spring. the very first time i wore them, they pilled up on my boobs. completely unwearable in public.
