Deeply grateful for the work around process-based therapy. I think that frontier can do a lot of good for human kind as we try and heal and connect better to ourselves and others. Deeply moved also by the genuine humility and generosity Steven Hayes demonstrates with his work.

Steven - your professional and personal, academic, warm touch on this critical work, PLUS your seemingly pure authenticity are rare, desired and a rare refreshing deep well I seek refreshment from as practically often as I can. This work saved my life as it saved yours. Keep healthy and yet please enjoy your whole life. You are loved and appreciated.

Once again you remind me the importance of looking at and treating others and myself as human beings,
staying curious about each other's differences,
trying to make more choices of coming in touch with the suffering inside and outside, rather than disconnecting from it yet more -
and we've definitely found some really good ways, we really did,
we just need to put them to practice and allow ourselves to grieve the things and visions we need to let go of.
Time to take a breathe, dive into the pain and heal.
    This too shall pass.

Thank you very much for your video! Where would you recommend take online courses to learn ACT? Will you offer them outside Praxis? I'm very happy about being able to learn from you.
