Arms straight up with "throat choked",pulling to release space in the lower spine is actually the right action to take.Keeping the chin up and biceps to the ears,pressing the palms releasing the index fingers and the thumbs one should non stop keep pulling upwards,the choking will then subside and the total spine will lengthen.This is how it should be taught!
Only DD can make such shows. Truly worthy. The lady is a superb teacher and her explanation is wow.
