    I love how you teach in such detail. I was taught to have front heal lined up with back heal back heal at a 45 degree angel. What is the alignment of the heels? Thank you and I look forward to watching all.

    It depends on person's body...Iyengar regular classes are taught in similar way..unlike other tradition..

      avoid most backbends,avoid inversions...go for easy forward bends and twists on the floor my friend.

    I like the veerbhadra asanas and your style of teaching. Can i do it with high blood pressure? Pl suggest if there are some modifications. Also pl suggest your video on asanas beneficial in high blood pressure. Thanks.
