Hi there. Thanks a lot for this detailed and advanced serve receive video. Great video quality, great demonstrations. As others mentioned, it would be very appreciated if you could do the same type of video about receiving a pendulum serve (regular, nor reversed) on the backhand side. Just as you mentioned in this video when you said it was easier to receive the backhand side spin serve in the forehand side using the backhand to counter the spin, I find receiving the pendulum serve in my backhand side with my forehand is much easier, but then my forehand side is wide open for a fast serve along the line, or a third ball attack to my wide forehand. Receiving the pendulum serve in my backhand side with my backhand is harder. The curve of the ball makes me often hit the ball with my hand. So again, thank you very much for this high quality video. I subscribed and will check out the rest of your channel.
Since you asked for help on captions :-) You can't 'unbend' your wrist. You can bend it backwards or forwards. Or keep it straight. Also, you can 'cock' it backwards, although I am not a fan of this word. 'Bend backwards' or 'bend down and backwards' - that's the translation you should be looking for. Also, 'backswing' applies to any part of your arm, including wrist. Hope this helps. :-)
if its backhand serve to left side its easier to receive it with your backhand (push, topspin or banana). its more natural. if its push, then you can execute it like example #3 in this video
one of the best explanation i have seen on youtube !!!

Now can you do how to receive a backhanded complement?
Most of the serves were received through forehand receive. Can you make another one where the serve goes to the backhand of the receiving player?
