Really Sad to hear such incidence occurring on Anglo Eastern vessels, I quit sailing 2 decades back and I cannot imagine with all the technology and awareness today among officers & crew we can have a death onboard. Please check with all the crew on board who were sailing when the death occurred, you can get a lot of hints....It is fishy as your husband had mentioned few days back about things which were not as per norms......write to PMO if none are responding........

Have you been approached by media? Why no one covering this in mainstream media is very shocking. Finally got news that rpsl number got cancelled and Master's COC suspended. A precious life was extinguished of an innocent seafarer, all his dues were siphoned off by agency, family misguided and after some time stopped responding to their calls completely.
Ma'am Anglo-Eastern office staff don't care for medical emergencies. They put so much pressure on engine staff, which makes unhealthy work culture in the Engine room. very cheap mentality to earn more money..!!!
One of my friend name Subobrata Biswal is also missing from the ship Anglo Eastern company. But there is no evidence what happened with him , company declared as dead. Don't join Anglo Eastern
I worked in anglo for 2 ships, i lost my job 2 years back. all shipping company are same, if you are sailing then we should do our work only dont question others unnecessary.

Feel very sorry for your loss and the difficulties you have faced after loosing your loved one and not knowing the truth. Pray for you to have the strength to continue the legal fight and also spread the word in the Maritime community to protect themselves as tomorrow such incidents could happen to them or their loved ones. It may not be a bad idea to sue the individuals involved as well.
One more thought, you made the video in good faith to warn others, fine. But I think you should be pursuing legal options to sue the management company, the ship owners as well as the captain of the vessel for damages, the mental agony and suffering that your family and his family (like parents, siblings) have had to endure. You should sue for a very substantial amount and then let court decide. This should be outside and any insurance settlement

I worked in anglo eastern you need to take care of your life onboard, no body cares about others as the staff are 23 maximun and the work will be too much, no body has time to care about others. A sailor sleeps max 5 hrs in ship, getting 8 hrs sleep every day is impossible on board a ship. It is the harsh truth in all shipping company.
Anglo eastern shipping company is now a days too many incidents , deaths .personally my friend from kasargod he slip to cargo hatch and seriously injured and they did nt take care well .finally after 2 years of struggle he joined maersk line .

In covid times ships are doing business but none of the countries provide the medical facility. On-ship pilot is coming and cargo-related persons are visiting but if any seafarer is suffering then the seafarer cannot go ashore nor dr cannot visit the ship / dr need to be quarantined for 14 days, which is practically impossible. Neither govt nor international organization form rules for shipping keeping mum.
I quit sailing in 2006 and during my 23 years sailing as MARINE ENGINEER on various ships came across " SHIP BOARD QUARRELS" but never "SHIP BOARD MURDER ACCUSATIONS"against any particular shipping company.
