I'm happy to help and most important save you the $.
Unfortunately, it probably will cost more than $400. Thank goodness for TH-cam. We can all save some serious $$$.

The cold water line nut came off so easily the hot water one is so stiff and so hard to turn. I’m scared I’m going to break the part that’s going into the wall. What should I do ? 😊
Excellent tutorial.
Many thanks!
My base I am unable to fully remove it and feels like it is bolted down or are all the bases removable? There is no caulk under mine... But I saw 2 screws holding it down and then was able to remove it.
Great hack...cheerd
Nice tips thanks
Awff 😅
LOL out loud - skip the very moment I am having trouble with. Can't budge the sink from the wall despite everything disconnected, bolts removed, but can't get leverage on the P trap to remove it. It isn't going to budge just with thumbs pressing against it.
Mine is much less space than this one - the p-trap is entirely inside the stem of the pedestal, so can't reach under it.
I would recommend that you take a close look under the sink where it touches the floor . They may have used silicone or adhesive to hold it in place. Don't for to subscribe and hit the thumbs up.
@@getitdonehomerepair Yes, I had to get pry a lot of that out before the sink would come off.
Now I have to repair and repaint the wall, then cut trim to get the vanity against the wall.
Thanks for the reply.
This video was so helpful!! THANK YOU!!!
I'm so glad!
