- We took our last trip as a family of three (weird!) to PORTLAND! Oregon is such a hidden gem. There is SO much to do and see... From the mountains, to the city, to the coast. I live in Vancouver, the city just north of Portland. I have to say, I have never seen a video that better captures the wonders of the common wonders of the state of Oregon. Adorable family, cinematography is off the chain (fantastic) and the Blue Star donuts recommendation will go on file for our next Portland visit. This represents the summer months, 3-4 months of paradise. But the rest of the year is usually wet, grey, and sunless. Lots of good tech jobs in Portland though which is why I'm here.
