Damn man, your sound and skill are absolutely pro level and yet you still sit down to help guys like me, caught somewhere in the intermediate level and wanting to grow. Very grateful that you do what you do!
Dude this was an excellent tutorial. I always wanted to learn these solos and am proud to say I'm now able to play along with the track thanks to your video.
It always blows my mind Chris that you sit at 160k subs. And everytime I think man thats a good solo id like to learn you're always there. I just type it in and bam there you are my guitar teacher. You're awesome and a great teacher. Thank you for doing what you do! Never stop teaching you're way too good at it. Thank you buddy
Thank you so much dude. I've been wanting to learn this solo for years but was so intimated. Thank you for breaking it down so nicely, I finally learned it!
I can't thank you enough for these tutorial videos. You're such and inspiration to us aspiring guitarists and I wholeheartedly appreciate the enthusiasm with which you play; it has encouraged me to revisit and rekindle my passion for the guitar. Thanks again!
Another great lesson. Anytime there’s a solo I want to learn. I just type in “(song name) Chris Zoupa”. It never fails. You always have a lesson for any solo I want to learn.
Been a long time since I made a request cos I kind of figured that if there's a solo you like you'll eventually get to it and gave up seeing as your lessons are always such a great help anyway. But recently I reheard 'The Darkness Within' by Machine Head and damn if that isn't a nice solo. Would appreciate if you could do a lesson on it but glad for the lessons anyway even if you don't. Rock on \m/
Hey Chris, first of all I would like to thank you for all your hard work! Your tutorials help a lot! I now don't hear a song and think "Maybe Chris has already made a tutorial for that" rather than, "What a cool solo! Let's hear the whole song now.". And secondly I would like to make a request if I may. The song is quite old but one of my faves. It's the song please don't leave me by pretty maids. I think I am the only one who would request something like that but if you have any spare time please do this little favour for me. Anyway thanks again and please keep up the good work as always! :D
You should do another coheed song. The willing well 1 : fuel for the feeding end solo its one of my all time favorites. Ohhh btw your one of the best guitars I’ve heard. You played the solos perfectly. I wish i could be that good
Hey Chris I really appreciate your videos they've been such a help and I know you're probably overwhelmed with requests but you should check out the band Santa Cruz. Thanks for all your work!
Vocalist from L.I.F.E. here, this tutorial is amazing! I am not that good of a guitarist at all, but I was able to get most of this down! Need to work on the solo of course, but thank you! You can check our page down as subscribed to yours! nicely done.
hey man thanks for this video im getting it down just need to get practice more to master it but I was wondering how you got that tone I got a line6 spider v30 amp like ill hit the right notes and it kinda sounds the same then again it don't if that makes since
I'm not sure how often you read comments, but I have a request/challenge for you! Can you take a look at the solo or song The Climb from Fear by Elysian? There's no info on it whatsoever and I would love to see someone do it! Thanks!
Maybe, but I'd definitely look into Legator! Their 200 series is amazing for the price, and I believe the 6 string old new stock is being sold for $300 at the moment. The pickups sound great, and they pride themselves in comfortability. Oiled mahogany neckthru, good pickups, it's the best you can get for that price trust me!
I couldn't understand shit what u were saying, but the feeling made me get my guitar ready to learn this masterpiece, great vid. Also, if u could teach us ram it down by judas priest would he the shreddest lol I dont know of that word exists, thx
Can you do a tutorial for Coheeds some called " the final cut"? It's not that difficult, for you that is, and there isn't a single tutorial anywhere to be found.
Great job Love this song. Happy new year to you and all your subs. Keep this up and i might just sub. Tks gonna try to play this song. Been playing for 3 years and Im amazed that i can play guitar. Cheers 🍻 brudda

I've taken most of this year off. I'll try cone back in December. Would love more subs too
Thank you so much dude. I've been wanting to learn this solo for years but was so intimated. Thank you for breaking it down so nicely, I finally learned it!
I'm pretty disgusted that you aren't sponsored by some sort of amp, or prs guitars, they need to get their shit together. Great vid as always.
+Lance Henderson He is sponsored by PRS dude!
+Jack Ryan ah damn I had no idea. Good, I'm glad. It's well deserved.
Thanks!

As i go to request a coheed solo, you've gone and done one. Brilliant, thanks, could you do Ten Speed now please?

Great lesson, how about some more Dokken? In My Dreams is a pretty great solo!
How do you get your hand to stretch that far for the bit with 5-10 before the last riff?
It's a taco grip. Don't let the meat or cheese fall out. Thumb in the middle of the neck, index and pinky opposite directions
