@MichaelHuynh-y6b I enjoy the ride. The suspension on the system is great, however I chose to go with the larger tires and at times, can make it feel like you're riding in a pickup truck. However, if I had to do it all over again, I would choose the same configuration. However, I would go with the 3.5T engine instead of what I chose, which is the 2.5T. So, the 3.5T base gives it bit more power, which I like, and if you do care about gas mileage, I would go with the smaller tires. I don't think going with the third row .makes much sense because there's very little room. I chose the 5 seat configuration and it was wonderful. Great trunk space, awesome second row space, and an all around great ride. I will be honest and tell you I sold it. I own a Tesla Model Y and want to focus on EVs for a while. I owned them both for a year and a half and just sold the Genesis 2 months ago. I'm itching to get back to the Cadillac family and have the Escalade IQ, Sports 2 on order. It's probably a bit overpriced for what it offes, but Cadillac has great all around engineering which I appreciate. I do wish a fully electric GV80 was available. I'm aware the GV80 Coupe is nice, but I prefer the taller vehicle. Anyway, I'm sure this doesn't help but thanks for the question.
To each their own. This looks awful, a step backwards in design. This vehicle is trying to emulate a Bentley first and foremost, not a Mercedes or a BMW with their hideous screens. It ruined the overall aesthetics.
@@philhenderson3516 Ya I have to agree, I don't like that super long screen look. Just ruins the whole look to me. exactly why I went ahead and bought a new 2024 2 weeks ago. Hopefully in 3 years by the time I'm done paying off they can come out with something better looking because it's def an uhhh.
Im surprised that they finally changed out that old looking steering wheel that look like it came out of a old buick from the yard to the new more sporty steering wheel like the rest of the line up 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They ruined the interior with that continuous screen. Wheels are also ugly, and why did they have to get rid of the exhaust tips!? Makes no sense whatsoever. Two steps backward if you ask me.
i love our current 2023 gv80. Stupidest thing the designers ever did was get rid of the handy storage cubby under the console of the 2025 model. That is so handy for keys, sunglasses, travel tissues. Regretfully i wont be getting the update model. Storage is already tight, door pockets almost useless and so the the extra storage under console was what sealed the deal for us. Genesis designers take note. You have lost a repeat customer.
GORGEOUS vehicle that the VAST MAJORITY of Americans will NEVERRRRRR be able to afford. And that new steering wheel is awful. Looks like every one on every other SUV. The two-spoke one is hugely better.
I think you are the only person in the world who thinks the two-spoke looks better. It was such a huge complaint and the reason why they finally changed it although i think it may still be available on certain models
@@JGisMe2013 Welllll, out of the almost 8.4 BILLION people on the planet, I think there MIGHT just be one or two more who feel like me. And yes, the '24 model has the two spoke steering wheel. I can't understand that complaint because I think most guys drive with their hand(s) on the bottom of the wheel when conditions allow (I have all my life) and that third spoke is uncomfortable that way.
Terrific video! Thank you very much for putting all of the details in the description as well!! Love that color!!!!
Thank you for watching.
I own the introductory year of this vehicle (2021). Next to a former escalade I owned, this is the next best thing.
How is the ride so far Sir? what base model would you recommend?
