A reminder that the target demographic of this roller coaster is families/low intensity riders. Many are worried about capacity but remember Invadr had the same opening; massive lines only to realize it was a fun little GCI meant to be like an appetizer to a bigger roller coaster. Busch Gardens knows Pantheon, Griffon, Verbolten, and Apollo are capacity masters, but they’re also higher intensity. I was 13 when DarKastle opened, and many said “it should have been a roller coaster” because people expected something like THIS. But over years, guests found the story unique and cherished the technology. This new version will eventually have the same effect on today’s younger guests. I’m happy that the castle still stands. It could have been scrapped or turned into a storage warehouse completely.

I remember Invadr having crazy initial lines before people found out it was a moderate GCI. Busch Gardens is strategically putting lower intensity rides out now that Pantheon will absorb the opposite demographic for a while. And Apollo/Griffon/ALPENGEIST/Verbolten handle bulk better and offer a bigger experience.

Idk the exact number but definitely not good. The ride cycle is pretty long and they only have 2 10-person trains.
