Another camping video at South Padre Island! Driving my Tundra with the Four Wheel Campers and spending time with good friends. #overlanding #truckcamping #toyota
In recognition of this channel, I’ve officially named my White FJ Cruiser, The Nomad. You’ve inspired me to just disconnect from my everyday life and get out there and enjoy time with family! I’ll be taking my son camping soon as well! He’s already come of age (3yrs)! Thank you, please keep this content going and don’t stop! May our paths cross someday so we can tackle some trails together wether it’s down south, in the west or even the east coast!
Wow Alberto, you just made my day bro. That is the reason why I make these videos, to get people outside and especially fathers or mothers to take their kids outside. And yes would love to camp with y’all one of these days👋🏼🙏
I remember when I was your sons age that my dad would take me camping at the beach. That was 60 years ago and it was the time of my life. You are a great dad making great memories that you son will never forget!!
Sorry I couldn’t make it that weekend (family events.) Yes, the heat is relentless. I went this weekend and it kicked my butt. Awesome video as always! 🎥🎬😎
I am purchasing a FWC Hawk for my First Gen Tundra and I have a question for you since you’ve had your camper for a while now; having the camper on your Tundra, did you notice a decrease in MPG with it versus your roof top ten setup?? I know the roof top ten setup is lighter than the FWC, but you never talked about the difference in MPG if there is one. Thanks and keep up the good content. I changed my whole camp kitchen setup based on your video!!!!
Congrats Darryl!! I’ve never actually done the counting and the math but it must have dropped 3-4 mpgs but I’m just assuming. The rtt setup feels like nothing compared to not having anything, regarding fuel economy. The tundra gets such weak fuel economy that I stopped caring lol I’m just smiling and having fun with my tundra😅
