"Grandpa what was the best type of music in your generation?"
Me:
Soooo what is it?
You: “Well it was anime girls that were zombies and they rapped really well.”
Grandkid: “Grandpa, did you do drugs when you were younger?”
J-Rap.
@@kingkeld8564 Some thought of it that way and a lot of us might agree that we ingested something. The outsiders called us "weebs"
Zombie loli's rapping
_This is a very memorable part of the series_

Nahh bruhhhh
Because even after death they can rap.
Not just a mic drop, a *MIC SLAM TO THE FLOOR*
I adore how the 300 year old geisha just goes. "oh yeah, ok, I can play to this strange poetry."
"Nah, I'd win." -Miyuki Shirogane
Nah 💀
It's my non-fiction
the subtitles: mid bars.
the japanese: FIRE AS TRUCK-KUN.
That's actually how it goes when translating rap. Speaking as someone who constantly translates rap lyrics.
It was this scene right here that I knew I had to finish this anime. I was dying the first time😂😂😂😂, no pun intended.
saki rapping about her tamagotchi was hilarious 😂
America: have you seen 8 mile?
Japan: hold this zombie head
Lmao
Word.
I hope she's holding Tae's head!
I guess you could call this
a dead beat.
I'm sorry.
Ahahahahaha
Don’t be sorry 😂
4 years, but...
Un-dead beat
Mori Calliope would be proud...
Eminem: "I fear no man. But this zombie...I fear her."
It wasnt a mic drop it was a MIC SLAM 🔥🔥🔥
That's a good question. What kind of person has their head come off so easily?
Hey you're me!

😂 lol
Wait are you saying yours don't...because my head definetly doesn't do that..no of course not..hehe..
My favorite part of this scene wasn't even the rapping; it was seeing Sakura go into "I'm sick and tired of everyone's bull****!" mode.
Who knew a rap battle with traditional Japanese instruments would sound so good
Javier Larreynaga course just like killer B said

Also too bad they opted for CGI after this episode
H0ll0w360 the cg hurt me physically
@@Hollow_Ichigo CGI isn't necessarly bad, like to me it's really well done for My Mai TONIGHT in love live sunshine
My only question is the fact they kept openly stating they're Zombies yet no one cares...why??
Would you believe them? I wouldn't.
they're*
Maybe they thought it was part of the show... Maybe like the part where Tae's head ended up on one of the old men and the man, instead of being scared, said, “Hey you want some?”
Old people
Because the rap was so fire!

*clap clap*
IT GOES FOR YOU OLD FOLKS TOO

The moment you realize this anime series was going to be unique
This rap battle was lit!
It's been years since I've heard this but I decided to finally finish watching this anime and when this played, it all came back to me and it felt like the last time I heard it was yesterday.
Lily and Yugiri are real ones for having Sakuras back during the beginning episodes
Love the face animation
Soooooo... How much fun did you think the translators have when subtitling this?
Remember how FUNimation wouldn't put the effort to even try translating this so they just left it in Japanese? Lmfao
Seriously? FUNimation be slacking
Yeah funimations getting lazy and with a lot of competition popping up, split with crunchy roll and the whole THING going on lately I hope they get it together soon.
That's the price of simulcast dubs. They just don't have the time to translate all the lyrics and reformat it into something that'd be listenable for an English audience. You can also see some flubs with some of their other dubs as a result of the tight deadline.
From what I heard, when Zombie Land Saga comes out on Blu-ray, they're going to include the dubbed versions of all the songs.
@@chrisossu2070 Thanks for the info that great to hear at least. I don't know why not counting simuldub though when was the last time they even dubbed an opening or songs in general before they dubbed most of the ops and we got gems like justin shishou's version of the host club op but now a days feels like their skipping it to speed through production and it sometimes shows in the dubs themselves, doens't help they got a revolving door of mostly the same group of voices to the point you can identify them quickly and sound similar to other roles.
Actully they're going to do the songs when they put it out on Blu-ray from what I've been told.
I like how she couldn't remember who she was, but her words still talked about her past and present self, you go Egg
That dude beatboxs like a god.
Million dollar idea: collaboration between franchouchou and Soul King Brook. The song: the death parade opening.
I know nothing about Death Parade but I agree
Truly A million dollar idea!
I’m hearing the dead beats of a rap Goddess
Wonder if Mori Calliope is involved here....

I wish I could improvise rhymes that way but realistically, without training it's not really possible.
I'm not sure what I just watched, I was avoiding this anime because its "just another idol anime, bleh", but I think this clip just sold it for me. I like it.
It was unheard of until this episode came out for almost everyone. It may be a Idol anime but it's a funny one for sure. Some of the songs were pretty damn good too but most people checked it out mainly for the Voice actors. The voice of Okabe Rintaro from Steins;Gate and even the hidden VA of Sailor Moon.
I must have seen this scene a dozen times, I JUST noticed Tae's hand tapping as the music starts!
0:55 literaly eminem lol
The voice actors must've been very excited to see it in the episode
Finally back on TH-cam after several months! No idea why it was taken down from youtube on Crunchyroll's own channel but yet the german and french Crunchyroll channels still had it up
Ax El they brought the original back, so idk why they uploaded this 🤔
I saw this from a I'm already Tracer meme

I'm glad this isn't dubbed. I cant see it that way yet. This is much better actually xD
This was literally the most memorable moment from Zombieland Saga, apart from the Alpino concert
