This street-legal vehicle has been known to perform a minimum of 8 hours on a single charge. This innovation combines the electric car and pizza oven trailer in one. And is designed for one person to operate efficiently. Each car is equipped with a stainless steel Marra Forni wood or gas brick oven (electric ovens will soon be available) and an integrated stretching table with a refrigerated condiment rail.

my only concern the the unit where the ingredients are kept, it look a little to high up and facing the other way, you should make it more at an angel easier to grab facing the pizzaiolo.

Why not make it steam powered?
Good idea need some modification.Need some table in front of stove , what if pizza fall down.How it is served to customers, where are plates etc.
I mean, maybe It's takeaway, that kind of stuff, so they packed it in a box while people will eat it at home. I think it's not shown in the video.
