I would try to keep prices the same. Advertise with social media or even a local news story. We are fighting inflation by not raising our prices. We are asking our customers to fight inflation by helping us with volume. We can keep the price low with a small increase in customers. Hopefully as the competition raises their prices they remember you. More than one way to raise profits. Volume can offset small supply increases.

I have a question, most ice cream stores have a huge tube of ice cream that they get ice cream from. I was wondering do they make the ice cream or you have a distributor who makes and ships it to the store
