I live in a historic/national park area of Northeast USA, and one of my favorite things to do is to go for runs through the parkland or riding my bike around town. It's really nice living in a section of my country where you can actually bike safely. It's also supposed to be really haunted, so I love telling the tourists spooky stories lol.
@@Makeuploveculture i am in the same boat as you, but thinking that way is never any good for you. Try to keep your home inside yourself and create beautiful moments wherever you are. You always have it better than someone else!

I'm an introvert also (66 years old) and spend my days walking my German Shepherd and watching U-tubers on my Chromebook! I'm retired in Long Beach, CA.
Rosie, I am so proud of you for sitting and talking with that older gentleman. People don't understand that the elderly just want to have someone to talk to because they get so lonely. I could have sat and listened to him all day. When I was younger, I would sit and listen to my Mother talk about when she was little and I was amazed. You learn a lot of the elderly and now that I am 66, my grandkids love sitting and listening to me tell about my childhood.
you literally feel like my best friend when i watch these. i relate to you so much about being introverted, girl it’s a struggle like i wanna go and talk to people but it’s so scary being judged. i’m out here thinking people are making fun of the way i breathe.
Don't feel bad about being shy. You are shy for a reason. If you force yourself not to be, you might end up around bad people who will use you. Shy is like discernment. When you feel comfortable around people, you will open up. Otherwise, you are protecting yourself from bad interactions. Let the people who like you find you. Don't force yourself to be with people you are not sure of.
i absolutely LOVE your videos. You and I are both introverts. I'm 37 years old and a single mother, I struggle with it every day, the anxiety. Your videos relax me so much. I'm a cook and it's been my dream to go to Italy, I'll make it there one day with my children, but until then I'll Be watching your videos. I love watching you go out into the towns, in a way it's like I get to be there with you, and I love watching your Nana cook! The food there looks so good and fresh and delicious. I like how your videos are so natural and down to earth. You're not flashy or showy and you don't talk a lot. You just let the video and your surroundings speak for themselves and I love it. Keep making them. They're a great insight.
As a fellow introvert I totally relate to wondering what I might be missing when I keep more to myself. Here’s a reminder to be gentle with yourself and to celebrate the wins no matter how “small” they may be. What’s small for someone is a huge for someone else. I’m proud of you yay! 🙌🏼

The videos are so chill, relaxing and pure. no matter what you're doing in them, you always somehow spread love and beauty of life. just wish you a lot of happiness! keep going, your vision of the world is inspiring.
I really enjoyed this vlog. Especially the spontaneous conversation you had with the gentleman and his flight story. Very cool to go out of your comfort zone. the desserts look so good. Italy is so beautiful.
Love the older gentleman. He lived a life and we all can learn. And yes, talking to others can be quite interesting and he was. Seem like a very nice guy with a good sense of humor.
Jeez, I could never fall asleep during a movie :D Unless it was like in the middle of the night. I really wish I was in Italy too, all that lovely nature, architecture and food. And what you said about being social with strangers is so true for me too! Each and every person can be such treasure chest of interesting and teachable stories - I wish we could talk to each other more easily even if we didn't know each other before because we would learn so much about the world that way. I think those short but deep talks with people we don't really know can end up being some of the most memorable moments in our lives.

Wow, this was such a genuine confession. I too have some anxiety, feel at times awkward, never up to socializing. It was reassuring hearing that someone else feels the same way. I never thought that a person with such tendencies could be a vlogger. My hat's off to you :) From one introvert to another. You are encouraging me to start a vlog one day! -- So I was just watching this same video for the second time, as I prepared to go to bed (I thought it would relax me because I had a very stressful day), and I noticed you mentioned being afraid of mortgages and debt. Love your videos! I moved from Puglia to Canada 10 years ago and these little videos make me so happy. I’m always like “oh right we do that” and it just brings back memories. Love it!
So funny you said Thank you to the vendor at the market. All the languages get mixed up so easily in the head, can relate. And maybe the rum breakfast helped feeling outgoing 😀
I fell on your vlogs by accident and thoroughly enjoy them. You are a lovely and very special person, and I hope you will come over your anxieties at some point. I visited Italy in October and totally loved it - 3 days in Rome and 12 days a cruise, including some stops in Greece. I am a Dutch woman but am living in Quebec province, Canada, for a long time - longer than I want to say, lol. You will make the winter easier to support, that's for sure. Many thanks for sharing your life with us; it's appreciated! Love, Elly
Ever since I watched your first ever video of what you eat in Italy, I always look forward to more of your vlogs. Today's vlog is really awesome! Thank you for touring us around the place you grew up, Rosie. The restaurant, your family formerly owned was really pretty as well as the castle!😍. On the side, I can totally relate to what you have said about being introverted and having kind of not wanting to initiate conversations with strangers. I was enlightened about what you have told about hearing other people's crazy stories and wondered if maybe I could hear one from a stranger someday. Thank you so much for the vlog, Rosie and take care always. Lots of love from the Philippines 🇵🇭 💕
I love all the food you eat and can’t believe how you manage not to put on weight and seem to stay so slim !! Italy seems so enchanting am planning to visit next summer . Enjoy your videos as gives an authentic flavour of life there .
this might be your best video yet, such a treat to watch after finishing my finals. enjoyed the conversation with Italo & his nephew (: thank you for the video!
I came across your videos a few months ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I was raised by my great grandmother and she was terrified of planes but her first (and ONLY) trip was to Italy she absolutely loved it I have pictures and it’s always been on my bucket list to visit but your videos give me pieces I’d never thought I could experience ❤❤thank you for that
i can't tell u how much i love ur channel, i'm part italian and i love my roots, u make me wanna visit italy so much. ur videos are so so comforting ❤️
I also have a very few friends. Im on a vacation now, but everyone else is not. And Ive felt so alone. But I feel like I got a friend in you. And thats so heartwarming. Thank you for making relatable content. Loves it.
Your videos make me feel so happy and at peace. You inspire me with your goals to be more outgoing and finding your place in this world and earning enough to own your own home. You are amazing! 😍 Thank you for these lovely videos
It was so nice of you to share some of your time with the little old man. You made his day, you are a good soul, I love your vlogs. Every one leaves me with in a feel good mood. ❤Thank you Rosie, looking forward to the next!😘
I really hope this channel grows your confidence with people! You’re so likable and I love your respect of the people and things around you. Thanks for the video!
Watched your video first thing this morning and thank God i did 😊. As a fellow introvert, i could relate to every single thing you said, then to go out of your comfort zone and stumble upon some amazing people like the old man puts so much into perspective. Seeing this side of yours was a treat. To watch Italy from your lens is amazing. Please make more videos any kind, it is always a treat to watch them. Sending tons of good wishes your way🤗 ♥️
Seems like italy going to be my-lovely-country-to-visit list 😂 their foods look cute and delicious. Also the way she’s wrapping italy through videos makes me feel comfort
i transport in your vlogs and you are beyond relatable. thank you for representing us introverts. its so hard sometimes i even want to do youtube but dont think my life is interesting enough or im awkward but i just love this content. its so peaceful. i adore italy as well so that is just a bonus.
Im not going to lie- I’m so jealous! I wish I could live your life. It seems so peaceful here and allowing you to open yourself up to being more happy in life. I’m genuinely happy for you! I just wish I could do that too. Living in Italy and you showing us what you do just really seems like it resonates so much inside me like I was meant to live this way. I know a lot of people would say also they would live this life- but it just hits me so deep. I live in Arizona now after somewhat growing up in England and I have to be honest I absolutely hate it here!!! It’s sooooo incredibly hot, it’s not fun or peaceful, it’s miserable.
words can’t describe how much i love your content. these kind of videos really feels like at home. i was thinking that chat buddies like sir Italo were no more and it’s a great feeling to see they're still out there. thank you so much rosie, i am already a subscriber & waiting for more! 🤍
i literally want to go to that movie theater now! you always talk about not being outgoing but I think the best way to meet an learn about interesting people is by listening and you seem so good at that!
Being introverted isn't so bad. I realized one day that by making sure I got to have my "introvert time", it gave me the energy to invest in other people. Loved the tour around the village where your parents used to own a bar. It's funny, I live in the pacific northwest of the USA, but I was born and raised in Chicago IL. (IL is to the immediate left of Lake Michigan which is about 1/3rd of the way into the US.) I go back pretty regularly and visit all the old places I hung out when I was a kid. There is a cafe I like to visit and work, plus a library next to my favorite park. Honestly it's just the sort of rambling you did in this video! ^_^
I really enjoy your vlog. Traveling around, eating your mom's and grandma's delicious food. I get great ideas. Thanks! In Tennessee and Arkansas there are many state parks, including Natchez Trace (an old Indian trading route).
absolutely loved this vlog! the conversation with the old man was so so lovely. I adore the way you vlog, and love seeing this real part of Italian culture. Don't be hard on yourself when it comes to putting yourself outside of your comfort zone, it takes time of mini exposures to build up a tolerance and feel confident in being able to just talk to people. You must be kind to yourself first! P.S. I really love the Italian language, and would love to hear you speak it more or have videos dedicated to learning some Italian maybe?
I love that you are so kind with elderly people that are really nice and just want someone to talk to. All the love and stay safe Rosie! Love your vlogs sm.
Rosie, more content! You’re so wholesome :-) and listening to you is like vocalizing the stream of my subconscious. Favorite things to do in DC: coffee (certo!), long walk through rock creek park, another coffee Al fresco, and a long lunch. Would do a movie too but not during summertime, too much to do in the sunshine. Stay well, amica!
I relate to you so much! I can be so introverted and I think the same thing, I wish I more often made conversation with strangers. You can learn so many interesting stories that way! Always makes me feel so proud of myself when I do lol. But I looove staying home in bed or hanging with myself. Love your videos so much ♥
lmao I almost started crying hearing the Veneto accent and dialect when that man started talking to you... it reminds me of home (I'm from Padova too!) this makes me so excited for my holiday in April! :D
Other than having my 2 kids, my husband and life responsibilities, I am still very much the introvert that I was when I was a teenager. I was ok with that then and I still am to this day. But part of me is always a bit sad or lonely bc when I turn off a video or movie, it's usually just me again. I too love listening to people speak. I love how people can express the same feeling in so many different and unique ways. I'm an excellent listener! It's hard to be more social in today's world tho. Life is a lot more complicated. Videos like yours show me parts of this world that I know I'll never know, bc I don't expect you travel in the future for one reason or another. But for a brief few moments, I feel like I'm there! Thank u for sharing. Hugs from Chicago! 🌻
I love watching your videos all the way from Sweden 🇸🇪🥰 I’m also introvert but I feel like I accepted it and now and then it’s actually nice to be more outgoing and talk to strangers otherwise let’s not force ourselves to not be ourselves 🙏 I’m reading a book about highly sensitive people maybe you should too just to see if you’re too. Made a huge impact on how I try to think and live life from now on. In Sweden now we try to enjoy the weather now because soon it’s too cold and boring grey weather to even go out for a walk. Happy summer 😎
Rosie dont worry you are not alone! I sometimes feel introvert and such a weirdo around people that I end up feeling upset with myself... But its ok to be "different" if we are able to have fun and relax with people sometimes ❤️ XX from Spain!
Growing up I was an introvert and always worried about what to say, or what people were thinking about me. One day I decided I wanted to be more outgoing and free, and so I became that way and till this day I am very social and outgoing, but I still enjoy my space and alone time. It's a balance, but I can't imagine living in a shell anymore. Just make the choice and little by little it becomes easier, like riding a bike. 💗 You can be whomever you want! 😊
11:50 - Me 90% of the time 😆 I absolutely adore your vlogs. I can completely relate to you when it comes to being super introverted. You’re not alone, Rosie lol! My dream is to go to Italy someday. Your vlogs inspire me to go and learn the language. Please show us more of Italy and other places in your hometown.
Talking about your TH-cam music and then playing the song in the video that you were singing before was a great moment. As well as the conversation with the old man of course. I actually love your choice of music in your videos it’s so good. - 👋 fellow Torontonian/Romanian

Hello fellow Southyyy🇿🇦🔥
I absolutely adore when you're all speaking Italian! I had tickets to come to Italy for Sept 2020 and I think it's finally time I rebook! :)
talking to random old people is one of my favorite things! they always have so much to say and are so interesting
Enjoy your videos as gives an authentic flavour of life there .
this might be your best video yet, such a treat to watch after finishing my finals. enjoyed the conversation with Italo & his nephew (:
thank you for the video!
Sending tons of good wishes your way🤗 ♥️
It's so nice to see someone that's not obsessed with make up/their looks. Your videos make me so happy ❤
These vlogs are awesome. Thank you for blessing us queen!
You're so down to earth with a good sense of humor. I love your videos!
Don't worry rosie you are doing more than us other introverts. Your out on the internet pushing your comfort zone :)
words can’t describe how much i love your content. these kind of videos really feels like at home. i was thinking that chat buddies like sir Italo were no more and it’s a great feeling to see they're still out there. thank you so much rosie, i am already a subscriber & waiting for more! 🤍
i literally want to go to that movie theater now! you always talk about not being outgoing but I think the best way to meet an learn about interesting people is by listening and you seem so good at that!
your videos mi piacciono taaaaaantissimo! 😍 so authentic, natural e sopratutto belle 🌟 they really are a vibe to watch during the summer
I am almost obsessed with those wilderness-style cabin building videos!
I love your videos Rosie ! I love that they’re so relaxed and just daily vlogs ! Never feel the need to change that it’s so simple and perfect
I don’t think you’re ever going back to Canada !! Your life in Italy is so amazing 😍
I think she will isn't her boyfriend waiting for her in Canada?
@@gloriaa.garcia3985 it’s tough but ultimately if somebody loves you, they want the best for you
@@gloriaa.garcia3985 She shouldn’t make decisions based on a guy
@pancake nation I’m happy for her whatever she decides but as a viewer, I see her looking so much happier and more lively in Italy
Italy is such a dream destination of mine 💘 Love watching your videos from the Philippines!
i loved your conversation with the older man! you are living the dream life for many, your videos are a nice little break from reality!
I really enjoy your vlog. Traveling around, eating your mom's and grandma's delicious food. I get great ideas. Thanks! In Tennessee and Arkansas there are many state parks, including Natchez Trace (an old Indian trading route).
this is my favourite video you have posted rosie💗
Don’t be hard on yourself, it takes time to feel comfortable getting out of the comfort of your shell to talk with people, you can do it!
Love your videos. So proud of you talking to that man. You are so sweet. 💖
Watching your vlogs makes me feel so much comfort ❤
absolutely loved this vlog! the conversation with the old man was so so lovely.
Loved this video ♡♡♡ the old man was so sweet !!! What a cute interaction
I love that you are so kind with elderly people that are really nice and just want someone to talk to.
All the love and stay safe Rosie! Love your vlogs sm.
you’re the only channel whose videos i look forward to nowadays. literally can’t get enough!!! you’re living my dream :’)
Stay well, amica!
watching your vlogs is to calming and motivational at the same time😮💨enjoying life
I relate to you so much! I can be so introverted and I think the same thing, I wish I more often made conversation with strangers. You can learn so many interesting stories that way! Always makes me feel so proud of myself when I do lol. But I looove staying home in bed or hanging with myself. Love your videos so much ♥
lmao I almost started crying hearing the Veneto accent and dialect when that man started talking to you... it reminds me of home (I'm from Padova too!)
this makes me so excited for my holiday in April!
you are so likable, I really enjoy seeing your videos. It relaxes me and it's an nice chance to see the real Italy.
Love your view of Italy! Can’t wait to go back one day
11:50 - Me 90% of the time 😆
I absolutely adore your vlogs. I can completely relate to you when it comes to being super introverted. You’re not alone, Rosie lol! My dream is to go to Italy someday. Your vlogs inspire me to go and learn the language. Please show us more of Italy and other places in your hometown.
I love all your content, but these Italy vlogs have such good vibes and are so interesting to watch!!
What a joy t watch! It had everything fablous scenery, simple fun, local interest. Thank u Rosie
So fun! Thank you for taking us with you. Keep practicing talking to strangers and you’ll feel more comfortable doing it.
Talking about your TH-cam music and then playing the song in the video that you were singing before was a great moment. As well as the conversation with the old man of course. I actually love your choice of music in your videos it’s so good. - 👋 fellow Torontonian/Romanian
Your videos are literally the most purest and wholesome thing to watch. 💛
You are so relatable. Love your vibe
I just wanna tell you that i love your videos so much.I like that sense of life in your every scene makes me feel like you are a close friend to me.
Absolutely love your vlogs Rosie! You are a talented videographer. Would love to see more about Italy.
