Skora makes this game way more fun to play. She will and even should be one of if not the most powerful Hunter in the game. And it's all because of how the game was designed. All of the other characters have limited options for healing. Most of them have to get health pack maybe even multiple times which takes a lot of down time. Or they could use their healing abilities at the risk of not having it for combat. Skora can heal herself and heal everyone full health in no time. The only way to nerf Skora, is to introduce a healer with similar levels of healing and self-healing output that can compete with her.

Yea being able to buff and heal from across the map alone is powerful, add insane movement and one of the best ults in the game. It's odd to see some characters get the total package to be a one man army, while others like J-3D1 are just like "Yea I can pull you toward me..."
Damage output should be slightly reduced and the damage over time itself should not be able to finish you (meaning they will have to shoot you once more instead of you dying to tick damage) They should also have their health reduced along range fall off

J3 is a cool dude but all his skill comes in passive control and deflection
I find it funny where play style and fun factor are what decides who is "good" or not.

Skora is definitely good, i foresee a nerf on her ultimate damage dealing but other than that she's a easy squishy target for my blaster 😂
