1.please elaborate what is the jurisdiction of Board of Wakf in West Bengal on Private Wakf Property (Wakf alal Aulaad)?
2.After the death of the recorded Mutawalli, does the future Mutawalli has to get appointed by Wakf Board or can he assume office by himself (as mentioned in their Walf Nama?
3.Please explain according to the Section 3R (iv) of the Wakf Act 1995.
