Aslamualikum, sir waqf ka second part bnaye please ,can a waqf proprerty can be buy by someone who is living in that particular property for 40years ,you have said that you can buy the waqf property if it is broken and waqf board can sell it and by another property by that money 💵 please elaborate.

In your video part 1 you mentioned remaining things about wakf will be discussed in part 2.but part 2 is not prepared yet it seems.please prepare I am eagerly waiting as it is required for my second semester exam ad I am preparing for law on my own.i found your videos quite useful. Though they are in hindi, I am following them ad the matter is very clearly described.i request you to use English words more ad we people from south can understand it easily

I put some questions to know their answer in my last two comments but you didn't reply. Again I'm asking a question that a husband can gift his immovable property if he can but how? After some days can his wife can gift her liking kid.?can other kids who are unworthy can take legal action against this gift?

One hour ago I made a comment in which there was some mistakes so I'm making correction so that you may understand to my words, I put some questions to know their answer in my last two comments but you didn't reply to this.
Again I'm asking another question to know that can a husband gift his entire immovable property to his wife in muslim community ?If he can but how?
The second thing is that can his wife gift to her liking children who are worthy after getting ownership?
The third thing is that can other children who are unworthy knock the door of the court ?If they feel so that this has happened wrong with them.
I hope that you will reply to all my comments.

Bothe are same, Hadis may be the plural of Hadith.
Sir I have a question... Under public waqf.. Apka Jo example hai ki public help k liye road banva di ya well banva diya gaya. .to kya vo bhi surf Muslim community k liye hoga ? ..kyuki apne btaya ..the color of the waqf must b Muslim it means the property in waqf must be use by Muslim religion only.
