the perm speed difference from first notebook wrong is actually massive :P

If you don't get the first Notebook wrong, he ends up 1.5x faster than your walk speed. If you do, 1.6x. And yes, this is a big deal because your running speed is 1.6x your walking speed, so you can no longer outrun Baldi
