Excited for this one. Joe is brilliant and I'm sure As Always Steve Hall will have some insightful questions to ask.

I never realized Joe doesn’t do the last wk of manipulation (or perhaps diet/PEDs in general) which makes sense.

I saw a clip of this podcast on @RuffDiesel 's story and when I saw that Joe is the guest I came right away. Awesome conversation!

I loved this podcast. Joe was the first person I learned about training from before finding Jeff Nippard and Dr. Mike.

In med school, Anatomy professors hounded on “Origin & insertion” as the starting point for understanding that chapter on muscles (the least important topic probably😢). Hearing the phrase is almost haunting now!

This was great! Watch a young Joe train under Ben P on YT to see where he developed from. & how they were talking about these now “popular” topics 10yrs ago👍

No disrespect, but professional bodybuilding coaches are kinda delusional. There is no hard gainer professional bodybuilder. Maybe relative to Ronny Coleman, but to say that himself or Terence are hard gainer is very funny 😅

It's a relative description compared to others on the stage

He's CLEARLY talking about relative to other professionals.

It’s good to see Steve is such an open minded natty and not a dogmatic tool like the rest of them.
