  • I bought this 1939 Ford Cabover in Feb 2022. I took it apart, rebuilt the flathead engine, repaired many issues, placed the cab on a modern chassis and installed a #borgwarner T5 5-speed transmission behind the original flathead.

Rather hear the engine than that "music".

Thank you for the feedback. I left the engine sound in several clips. There was a lot of wind noise and dog barking going on so I felt the music would help. Something special about adding music to video in my opinion. Thanks again.

The oldest vehicle ive ever driven was a city owned 1965 IH flat bed truck - that was originally built as a high wall trash hauler with a 10ft long x 7ft wide bed- it was converted to a long wheel base step side pick up truck with the outside rims and tires removed- it was powered by a IH 345 hp V8 without turbo gasoline engine - tune ups were " fun " it had a duel point distributor and 4 barrel carb. and tuned headers and glass pk mufflers- the cops loved us lol - at least once a week i got pulled over for loud mufflers and illegal city stickers on the doors- but it was a legal city truck lmao

Thank you! It was much easier than enlarging the door. Just kidding.. The first time I had to do that I actually used a floor jack and then had a little "collapse" as soon as I hit the driveway threshold. Those dollies are much safer.
