Hi Dave. Without getting too sloppy & sentimental.. It’s been a tough year, again, for a lot of folk but your posts have been a source of inspiration, fun & hope.😎

Let's just say, I'm done with this year! Dave's videos are a blessing. I pray next year is better for everyone!
Thanks for this Dave. Been sick since Christmas Eve hoping it’s not Covid(still waiting for test results). Keeping myself quarantined this week and now inevitably through NYE has had me down today. You’re positive energy gave me the boost I needed. Thanks for everything and I wish you and Queenie a relaxing and fun NYE.
Dude, I just came across this, and I got absolutely LOST in that intro jam! Seriously atmospheric, man! Drooling over the rosewood and ash Strat!!!! Bomb axe!!!
When you get Rob to sign the Chapman just spray some clear coat over the back, then you can play the guitar without fear of wearing the signatures off.
Beautiful intro master, I want to wish you a Happy New Year, bessings, health, luck, amps, pedals, more guitars of courses, but must importantly JOY and happiness 🥳🥳🥳
. DAVE, that 1979 Fender Strat is a dream come true (I only have a MIM Antigua 70s Reissue) but not entirely convinced by your cover story........a natural finish/black scratchplate is to die for.........I'm still weeping 🥺 .
As a fellow guitar hoarder I can completely relate to the back breaking experience of moving guitar cases and amps around. I really need to get one of those 8 guitar case stands. A bigger house would be nice as well. 🙂 Happy New Year!! 🎊🎆🎈 🎊🎈🎆
your collection of mostly fakes and beaters makes me appreciate my own. your affinity for affordable solid state amps is almost sacrilegious among guitar snobs yet you make them sound glorious ( I have 5 tube heads and a tube combo but the amp I play the most at the moment is a 50watt Katana 2). I watch over a dozen guitar channels and your is the only one that is immediately relatable, you remind me of my guitar nerd friends from highschool . Your talent and humility speak volumes Dave, I predict that 2022 will be a breakout year for you!
Awesome collection, it‘s nice to see the classics coming up every year! :) Been here since 2019. I think your Oswald Guitars & the 60s strat are my favorite ones. Really excited for you to reach 100k!! Btw, have you ever thought of getting a better camera? I think it would improve your video quality so much and I think your playing skills would get the „light“ they deserve ! :D Greetings from Austria & happy new year!
Peace be upon you Dave. Slightly disappointed mate, not enough Strats!!! :) All the best for 2022. Keeping doing your magic and long live your success. Really well deserved.
Fun video, Dave!. I know it was hard work so thank you. Looking forward to the review of the 70's Strat. Sorry you are under the weather, Feel better soon! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! May 2022 be good to you!
That's wild, your black 62 strat that has black over red. I have a black squier strat, that I got at the pawn shop,it's black with red sparkle finish underneath. I fixed it up brass block, brass saddles, locking tuners , seymour duncan s, mojotone solderless blender wiring harness.
That hofhner very thin is a very special guitar to me as my father owned one and used to play it in a covers band in the sixties..he sold it in the very early 70s as he had to bring up 4 kids and we all needed shoes …..exactly the same colour as yours.
Just found this vid. You expand the breadth and depth of my love of all things guitar. As always huge thnx from Romania where I now live but I'll always be a Yorkshire man from Hull(Hahah at one time Humberside including Grimsby. Maybe our love of guitars comes from something in the water) ❤
Happy new year Dave! Thank you for all your music, all your content! Hope 2022 be a great one for all of us! And plaese; keep playing sir! Keep playing... some people move montain one train at the time, some people save the day one song at the time! Cheeeeeersss

Great intro Dave, your collection just keeps growing, you'll soon need extra storage marah. Thanks for keeping me company this year, I have .loved your music, humour and honesty, all the best for 22 to the both of you.
Very nice guitars and amp! Blessing you with a new year and hope you can expand your guitar and amp collection even more!!!!!! Cause of you I now love John Frusciante and even went ahead and bought an Ibanez wah! Hope you can meet him one day and Jam, lots of blessing for 2022 - Zac
Happy New Year Dave. I always love these videos and your collections. I also have one of the Fender/Squier strats and love it! Also you could always upgrade your Epiphone. There’s places on Amazon where you can get the updated Epiphone electronics that should drop right in, they’re a MASSIVE improvement on the tone. I have a 2004 LP standard trans blue & alway hated the sound, I put various pickups in but got the Amazon Epi Pro pickups for £35 which turned out to be the updated ones that it originally had and made it a beast!
Thank you Dave for bringing us some brilliant videos, love your playing and honesty that you bring to your followers. Keep staying strong and true fo 22! All the best from an Aussie fan!

Me to!! Disability's coming on strong and I'm feeling weak physically and emotionally, but guitar man, guitar!! Can't get enough of it!!
This collection of gear is a testament to how good of a player Dave actually is. Dave can even make subpar yard sale gear sound amazing.
Mr.Simpsons Melodic Guitar playing is World class i could listen for hours.
Your timing is impeccable, just when I started to feel down I see this on my feed
That’s mad . Just found your channel yesterday. Just finished your old collection video and you posted this . Awesome.
Aww the best 🥃🏴
They put plates on the back of strats to keep Queenie's hair from getting snagged in the springs!
