I've started cutting my own hair about three months ago, and my fading skills compared to this dude are light years ahead. He's not at all focused on his work. He plays around too much. I can only imagine how much easier it is to fade another person's hair compared to your own. He's a whole vibe, but I'd keep him away from my hair.
