Yeah. They ridiculously downplayed Androxus. He only shot his ultimate once too so they are clearly favoring licking Ash's ass here than being logical.
Well, it's a cinematic trailer. It's there just to be cool. But it's sad when you think how misleading it is. You enter the game thinking Ash is this OP front liner, and then discovers she is one of the worst tank picks in the current meta.
But it kinda pisses me how they downplay Andro in the cinematic trailers... So far, he always seem to be getting his ass handed to him. First by Lex, now by Ash...
Ash did kill terminus though.

It's hard to compare Blizzard to Hi-Rez. Blizzard is made of money. Too put quite frankly, Hi-Rez isn't nearly as big a company. This is a HUGE step up for Paladins and Hi-Rez's animations thus far.
Im sorry the smite trailer is the best trailer that will ever exist so hi rez can do great cinematics.

Thing is, it costs a LOT to produce a single trailer like this, you are asking a free-to-play company to produce a AA trailer.
Scout Dawson - Paladins You do know that this cinematics are outsourced, right? Hi-Rez has no animation department so they pay to an outside animation studio to do it, the same one who did the smite trailers.
It costs, time and human resources, and the team in charge of Paladins itself isn't really big.

Andro teaming up with the paladins. My fan made story.
We gaze onto the battle field where the Paladins and the Magistrate fight. Men and women dying left and right. Will there be any peace? The Paladins push up against the Magistrate with Io, Jenos, and Inara. They have one goal, and that is to kill Terminus and take the fort. As they get closer into battle the Paladins are getting ever more aggressive and needing to take this fort. When the reach it they find Terminus, Oblivious to the magic binding him. And Oblivious to the battle going on, he stare into the mountain side. Inara watches as she knows what she has to do. They surround Terminus and they fire. As an explosion of bright purple light his stone body was on the ground but the magic that was binding him in the stone was floating. His body starts floating as they hear a yell from the mountains, "GET AWAY!" Has a figure flys down and pulls up something that can only be described as a sheild. Terminus oh most bult up he yells, "ONCE MORE! I RISE!" With a fury of and explosion throwing the figure back, his 'shield' is huge and everyone could tell he absorbed that explosion and with a second to react he threw it back at Terminus. Half is body is crumbled and with a few shots with the figures revolver. He is a crumbled mess on the floor. As the figure turned around, Everyone knew who is was, The powerful Androxus.
He looked at the Paladins and said, "Io... lift my curse"

if the graphics was as smooth as the trailer, this will topple down overwatch (not really) if hi-rez manage to revamp the graphics to this scale, people are going to be hard pressed to choose between a priced game and a free to play game. the current paladins looks and runs smooth so i am not complaining.

When the game started being made along time ago the best engine was Unreal Engine 3 witch is what the game runs so it aint the games fault plus it will be hard cuz they have to also worry about PS4 Xbox and Switch with PC to worry about upgrading everythinf

As someone who played both if Paladins had these graphics for in game I'd 100% drop OW & stick to Paladins. Better characters, music & skins.

Ash is one of the most balanced and most fun champions in the game. fell in love with her when I started playing 4 months ago. lucky for you her new legendary is being nerfed from 25% to 20% in comp. lv1 values: 21.25% to 17% and lv10 values: 32.5% to 26%
shes still good just need more skill to play her. Slug Shot is there if you need more damage and your team can handle caut. with wrecker you can deal 840/1200/1560 to shields, battering ram is the only LC needs a buff cause 60-whatever damage reduction isn't enough, going a crowd control build can help you wipe the team.

XstallionX14 Slug Shot increases the damage by 80 but still its powerful and easier to take out players. and as I said before its best used combined with wrecker to melt shields.

Guys listen! what if this means something, the fact that the game takes place in a rebellion, what if there's a literal war within the game, say matches are played where its champions from the rebellion and champions from the Magistrates army piotted against eachother in regular siege and there is a series of these community missions where total number of wins for either side equals special rewards, Overwatch hasn't done this and I think its a good, possible idea

Hell, all they'd need to do is animate any of the Odyssey stories they made, and issa hit.
