Loved this interview..Abin is such an inspiration ..I remember on my first day at Web and Crafts ,one of their core team members told me that the hierarchy at Web and Crafts is unlike other companies ,he said unlike other organizations the CEO isn't on top of everyday else and that each and every employee who works there share a parallel hierarchical order with Abin ,so as the company grows ,not only the CEO(Abin) but everybody who is a part of the WAC family grow..it couldn't be more truer , for the little amount of time I worked there I experienced one of the best working cultures, Jilu and Bharath are one of the nicest people I've ever met ... most of the team leads who work there are genuine individuals who strive to take themselves and their company to heights...
