  • House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) is delivering an address on foreign policy Monday at Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank, in advance of NATO summit about to begin in Washington.
Hudson takes a stance favoring more active engagement on the world stage than that of former President Trump, a NATO skeptic. Johnson backed this year’s support to Ukraine, with an implicit commitment to NATO members, despite pressure to back down from some other Republican members.
Johnson is scheduled to speak at 2:15 p.m. EDT.

If he’s discussing global threats, he needs to stick to discussing his own government and ISRL.

Contact Biden and Democrats. They reject Republicans input. Look at Biden taking care of America! You have Biden Vision!! Who wants 4 more years of this!!! Republicans have to represent people of like mind. Time to let Republicans Rule. Tired of Dominating Democrats push their own way they want the rules of government for their vision of America . WAKE UP

Some feedback for the Hill, when audio is only in one ear like this, it's probably better to just flatten the audio to mono.

How hypocritical! Mike Johnson discussing global threats when he helped to promote it in supporting the liberal agenda by helping to
pass the last big spending bill!

It is common English word usage to mean whoever is representing you, as in your government or whoever is in power and making decisions. Just like he mentioned China and Venezuela; when he says "China" he isn't referring to the billions of Chinese people, he is talking about the PRC or more specifically, the CCP. That is the same way he is saying "Venezuela".

Israel killed around 10% of the civilians in Gaza and is thereby an official genocidal criminal regime.
And the US is worse not only accomplish to that genocide also to the death of 4-6 million in the war on terror and 500 000 Ukrainians dragged off the streets, the destruction of Libya and the failed CIAproxy war in Syria etc

Could you explain your statement in layman's terms? I'm not interested in an argument; this is an honest inquiry with no motivation other than understanding specifically what your analogy is in reference to. Thanks in advance!

Wonderful speech, Mr. Chairman. But why is no one addressing the elephant in the room? WHAT has the republican party done to insure we will get a legitimate election, an legitimate COUNT and by American citizens? Mr.
Trump is what we need, but will our enemies steal his votes? And if he is elected, are we able to protect his life?

They’ve tried to do things but they are outgunned by the democrats, the dems literally control everything and their PARTY has exceptional power over the media, the government agencies, military industrial complex, the foreign policy, they’ve got way more power than what the Conservative Party has
