Super helpful! Several vids I’ve watch discouraged me from going to Japan in the Summer. However, your vid was very informative and encouraging! I’m going in August and I’m feeling prepared after watching your video. Thank you so much
Glad it was helpful Liam! Mt Fuji opens to hikers from early July to early September, and I think I heard somewhere that they're starting to require reservations in advance to manage crowds? You can look more into it if climbing Mt. Fuji is one of the things you'd like to do while there. Happy travels!
@@thebookofbrenda Thank you for the tip! I also had a question about summer itineraries for Tokyo. Should I try and do areas where I'd spend more time outdoors and save the nightlife areas for the evening? For example, should I do Asakusa and Shibuya in one day, or try and pair Asakusa with nearby areas like Ueno and do Shibuya and Shinjuku together?
P.S. If you're looking for more resources to help prepare for your upcoming trip to Japan, I created a free, unofficial Japan travel guide I originally shared with my close friends and family and am now sharing with you! : bit.ly/443zPN2
