You're lacking awareness, some mechanics like when to use which shuriken, target prioritization, and it feels like you're afraid to use your dash. For example, when you were fighting bastion in the first engagement in Blizzard World, he wasn't getting healed and you had him so low after deflecting, just dash into him there. You'll reset dash (as you know), and can get out to re-engage, or stay in the fight by targeting the Iliari, helping your team push in. Your blades are good though! You also tend to use your deflect too early which stops you from being able to engage effectively. One great way to fix this is to make sure you're using walls and cover in general as you're approaching a target. When you're in their face, they'll panic and just start shooting you, which is when you should deflect. If they stop shooting you, you cancel deflect and eviscerate them (hopefully). For your genji 1v1's. Deal poke damage from afar, and as you get closer, always play around a health pack. Don't depend on your supports to heal you mid anime fight. Your best tool against a genji is right click -> dash, or right click -> deflect -> dash. Another important point to note when 1v1'ing genjis is that the first one to run out of cooldowns is typically the first one to die. Keep on putting out content, you're doing great.
