This probably won’t get any responses, but what if swapping hero’s mid game did something like a 15-20 second Increased spawn time? The number could be adjusted as needed but it’s the best “easy” option I can think of to help with counter swapping.

Yeah even paladins is pick ban, I think u should just choose per map/ attack and Defense if u get countered then u play to it like every other game ever with heroes with abilities on CD
