+1. I borrowed a portacot for a weekend, but spent 2 other days trying to figure out how to fold it. Now I can finally return it to the owners !

Two of the top sides are flopping and not locking into place - is it broken? Or am I doing something wrong!

Ok I found the answer on another TH-cam- the base must be slightly pulled up before locking ORunlocking the sides! 👌🏻
