This is brilliant - thanks - we thought our was bust and would not go up! The key to putting it up is to only push the centre part up HALF WAY - THEN lock the sides THEN push the centre all the way down as you kindly show. We pushed the centre down all the way first and the sides then don't lock. Thanks so much! Fantastic help and saved us buying a new one to replace our 'broken' one!

Thanks for watching. The Mattress is removable and fold-able, you actually fold the mattress around the cot when packing it away.

When you get to making it a triangle shape before folding it into packaging position, click the buttons under the top barrier parts of the cot to fold them down a second time

Ahh ok, so you have to do the middle section/base last to put up, and middle section/base first to put down 😂
