a must see for detail freaks . what a job great lighting job. that is setting a new high standard for cockpit detail. now i have to try and add lights to the dash of my f86. thanks for the insperation.
That video left me speechless for awhile!! From the excellent detail in the heli itself, to the very scale like flying, to the fantastic setting sun backgroun to the landing with the taxi back....simply priceless!!
Coolest video and RC Airwolf to date! Not only did you build a great helicopter, you made a great video. You can hear the music and the helicopter. Great job...Bravo!
This is truly amazing. Without question, the most detail Airwolf ever seen on TH-cam, even with a pistol in the left door compartment. I give you 5* but when you've added retractable machine guns and missile launcher and throw in a Go-Pro video cam, I give you 10*. As it stands, it is already excellent. Salute!
Wow!!!done it again Krumrick2 awesome job.........You need to get your gear out to the public you make some beautiful scale heads and landing gear, always top work.Again i take me hat off to you pure GENIUS!!!!!!
What!? No working machine guns? What a rip off! lol I'M JUST KIDDING. My mouth hung open when I saw that instrument panel light up. That was amazing! Those landing gear and tires are incredible too! Alright! Ready for the movies.
So beautiful. The detail is amazing. I have loved this copter since the first episode. I really want an AIRWOLF full working, flyable and perfect. But if I can not have one to fly myself then I would love to have a large scale model like yours. Thank you for the show.
Imagination is the key here. Very nice work, I just love your attention to detail. Please don't stop...... Oh when you get a chance add running lights. Thanks for sharing...
Hi, any kind of great changes in RC are realy increíble, congrautlations for the video Wolf helicópter,,, thanks who made it,,, your friend Oscar de Pachuca HGo Estados Unidos Mexicanos,,, so long,,,
Nicely done. Interesting fact: despite having a co-pilot seat, the cockpit dashboard was designed for the pilot exclusively in mind, with the dashboard curving to face the pilot. not flat like most.
Heli is real nice - a lot of addition extras - like the cockpit area A+++. (Choward874 - reason the tail rotor is on that side is due to most airwolf mouldings being made that way) gotta love the work done - nice retracts - I too went for cnc parts for landing gear in my bell 222. Nice job chap.
You are correct, it is a modified Bell 222. In fact the modifications for the Airwolf series were designed by Andrew Probert, who went on to design the Enterprise-D for the Star Trek TNG series! :)
Hey, thanks for this! Your Airwolf r/c helicopter is one beautiful piece of art! Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of your videos! You just earned a new subscriber! :)
@Nozzor1 Hi man, Thanks again, about the in flight video, the wind was really strong, tip my hat one more time for the Align 3G FBL that did a fantastic job stabilizing the helicopter in that condition. If you want I wil send detailed photos of the illuminated cockpit panel process to use in your MD, easy to make, I enjoyed build that !...is just adapt the idea to the MD panel style. Regards, Manuel.
@Luvhelis Thanks my friend, i'm enjoyed build and fly this one, I have more videos and detailed photos of this one, thinking in a longer video...what do you think ?
What you need to get is a FPV system and put it in that helicopter. Either to fly from or just to have a mini camera inside the cockpit to see all the instruments and have a tv on the ground so that people can see what it looks like inside.
Boa noite Manoel. Tenho um Trex600e pro flybar e quero coloca-lo numa fuselagem. Tenho em vista o Bell (jet ou long ranger) o Esquilo e o Bell 222 (airwolf). Contactei a Century e me informaram que ele cabe nessas tres fuselagens. Gostaria de sua opinião se consigo fazer isso ou terei de colocar um Trex600 ESP. Grato desde já.
@Oooa1227 The most expensive if you plan to mount this one will be the Scale Retracts landing Gear, for me nothing because I build ( I have tools to do). The radio is the Futaba 14MZ, but you need ONLY 8 channels. The lightsboard is not difficult to make ( will make of that), and will improve the quality in the next project ( the big Blue Thunder 700 size that i'm working)
@coolwaterhubby Hi, ...the specs are: Futaba 14MZ radio, 14ch receiver, Flight Power EVO 6S 5000mhA Battery and EVO Lite 2S 1900mhA for the receiver, Flight time 8 minutes ( usually I make short flights, up to 6 minutes to preserve the battery)
@krumrick2 how much $ did it take to build that o_o and what channel is it? looks like a 12 channel and man that helicopter is just amazing what i liked most was the light up dash board i was speechless when i saw the lights
Very nice job. You have a great heli sight. I like what you have done with the interior and the retracts on this century model. Are the retracts from Century or from another manufacturer? Alton Vance
@JJoohhnnyyyy Thanks...many thanks...in fact I know is not the best...but i'm working to build a really nice, big and detailed one...soon I hope !. manuel
@shanxy09 Thanks my friend !, but need to be honest, this landing gear have work on an recently died friend, he worked with milling machines over 30 years, he made part of it and I finished, the pivotable nose gear was his work as well the details on the wheels, the rest is mine. That I like in thisAirwolf is my first attempt to build a scale interior, the panel is fully custom made, need to improve but this one serve as experience for others.
ABSOLUTELY 👌 superb....plus the angle of photography used to make it look like a real full-size Airwolf was priceless....👍
This is great. As an Airwolf fan this video just put a grin onto my face.Beautiful model, great job.Subscribed.

Great job on recreating Airwolf! Video brought back some memories of one of my favorite TV shows growing up!
Manuel.........this model is awesome.........unbelievable...the illuminated console.........too beautiful
a big hug my friend

Fabio
I keep expecting to hear that Lowe humming noise Airwolf used to make while it was just sitting there. Amazing
Beautiful model, excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Just beautiful, the music was perfect because when one sees Airwolf fly, one hears the theme song.
Salute!

Mind blowing instrument panel!!!! Simply amazing! DEFINITELY in my top 5 best wolfs of all time!!!
What!? No working machine guns? What a rip off! lol I'M JUST KIDDING. My mouth hung open when I saw that instrument panel light up. That was amazing! Those landing gear and tires are incredible too! Alright! Ready for the movies.
Beautiful work! I used to watch Airwolf all the time growing up!
The most beautiful rc air wolf ever
So beautiful. The detail is amazing. I have loved this copter since the first episode. I really want an AIRWOLF full working, flyable and perfect. But if I can not have one to fly myself then I would love to have a large scale model like yours. Thank you for the show.
Show! Eu era muito fã dessa série. Aqui no Brasil tinha o título de : Águia de fogo. Parabéns.
I watched this out of the blue... And at the end I realize it was you...it had to be you...wonderfully done. As usual!
Imagination is the key here. Very nice work, I just love your attention to detail. Please don't stop...... Oh when you get a chance add running lights. Thanks for sharing...

Absolutely awsome! Beautiful detail, lots of hard work put into her! You get a 10 for this.
Nicely done. Interesting fact: despite having a co-pilot seat, the cockpit dashboard was designed for the pilot exclusively in mind, with the dashboard curving to face the pilot. not flat like most.

I could be incorrect, but is Airwolf based off of a Bell 222?
Yes it is based on the Bell 222.
Absolutely awesome!!
Wow, that looks incredible!

Very nice, love the work you did on the gear, very nice machine work you did. what mechanics are you using? I have a hirobo sceadu evo in mine.
Very nice chopper Manny.
