    • @CorrBinoya
      @CorrBinoya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Given you have a valid working visa, you can apply to agencies as your second job if your existing contract does not prevent you to do it. On a working visa tier 2, we are allowed to take extra 20hours of work weekly. Agency means a private company that provides workers to different institutions. They have higher pay.

    I’m your new subscriber!
    I’m in my early 50’s. Bachelor graduate of Business Administration. I’m a late bloomer. If I only knew that health care courses is the one to take because it’s always on hiring. Do they have age limit in this job category in UK? Do I still have a chance to be hired for this job? Thank you for your honest opinion 😊

    • @CorrBinoya
      @CorrBinoya  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Yoichi, here in UK there is no age limit set for applicants. But if you were to ask me about the possibility of getting a healthcare job here, I think you need to enroll to courses and have some experience at least so you can compete well with other aspiring healthcare assistants.

      Hi Vivian. You can search online through job websites here in the UK. As tier 2 visa we are only allowed to take up to 20hours of extra work. But once you are a permanent resident, you can freely work to any employers.

      Hi Jonathan. If I were to choose, mas okay mag carer sa nursing home than domiciliary, kasi byahe ka byahe at hindi pare pareha ang clients mo, okay lng yan if masipag ka mag byahe or mag drive. Sa overtime rate naman, both may chance kang mg overtime, pero ang rates depende sa offer ng employer mo.

    I am sorry maam. Not earning enough money in your home country must not justify or qualify anyone to be taken advantage of by being paid lower rates to. Unless Equality laws are just for decoration. It's wrong, period. Every employee must be paid according to their experience and knowledge/ qualifications not what they would earn in their poor home country. It is just wrong and shows lack of caring for others, no kindness and no empathy to your employee* yet the opposite is expected by the employer from their employee* Being in poverty is not always by choice and should never lead anyone to any sort of open or hidden punishment by an employer.

      If your company is based in UK then you are clearly abusing your staff through not giving them the minimum hourly wage. You do not set their rate base on what they earn in their home country. If you are proud of your company then name it and we will see.
