Your ECCTIS/NARIC verifies your degree that it is equivalent to that of UK universities. I think you need to write to the email in the website link to find out whether your letter of comparability is suitable. Hi I don’t think you need a Statement of Comparability from UK NARIC/ECCTIS since you completed your Masters in the UK. I am not sure which requirement you are enquiring about. If it is the school reference from your place of work, then write to your school where you teach to provide a letter stating all the things required. If it is about an evidence that you genuinely want to teach in Wales, register with an education agency and request that or apply to a school in Wales and use your correspondence with them as evidence. If you need clarity, write to QTS Wales via their email. You should direct all your questions to them. They will advise you on what best to do. All the best!

The application is free. Follow the instructions and apply. If you have any questions, ask them via the email. Provide all the documents. Evaluating your B.Ed with ECCTIS is the only thing that will cost some money. Giving it a trial is not a bad idea.
