What machine are you using? What voltage are you running them at?

That’s a gdi machine from scott Mckalvey in St. Petersburg. I’m running at 90v on these. Testing at 120 psi. My Asnu machine is the smaller one and can’t do the gdi injectors properly. The gdim5000 can toggle back and forth between standard efi and gdi with a button push. It can also run piezoelectric injectors. It’s a great little machine. I do have a Asnu gdi classic on order to handle 8 at one time. Thanks for asking.

I bought an Autool CT400 GDI machine to clean my HPDI injectors. But it only has 12V 70V and 120V. It does go up to 150psi. I see they can be driven between 65-85V. I'm hoping this machine will work out for me.

@@JohnColeman-ul5rj 70v should be plenty for low pressure testing.

Last question: What testing fluid do you use for the HPDI injectors? My machine says to use industrial strength alcohol, not sure if that's ok for these injectors

@@JohnColeman-ul5rj I use the test rite fluid but you can use mineral spirits. The specific gravity is very similar and the mineral spirits do a good job of cleaning the internals.
