I implemented this into my clients training about 2 years ago and since then it has cured decades of back pain, chronic pain (I had one guy walk in with chronic back pain and leave with 10% of the pain he had on the first day) as well as alleviated all hinderances to axial loading... Good, I noticed a lot less tightness in my lower back after heavy squats and deads. I now incorporate this in all my warm ups. I also used to struggle with 'butt wink' quite a lot, but that has drastically reduced and almost eliminated since incorporating this. Thanks again for sharing this information
KC marques could be a number of things. have you had lower back/SIJ issues in the past? you may be pulling yourself into too much posterior pelvic tilt causing irritation in that area. maybe see a health professional for any underlying issues....?
