    Holy fucking shit is this video good... I implemented this into my clients training about 2 years ago and since then it has cured decades of back pain, chronic pain (I had one guy walk in with chronic back pain and leave with 10% of the pain he had on the first day) as well as alleviated all hinderances to axial loading... Thank you for doing a video on this and introducing Jamie... I cannot say how much I appreciate this! So damn fucking jesus good... haha

    Ah such a common thing I notice in powerlifters and also a lot of woman. Definitely going to use those cues to practise before implementing with clients. Appreciate these extremely useful videos man, I'll always be here to take in the information!

      Chris Brown how did you go?

    • @brownerthemonk
      @brownerthemonk 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good, I noticed a lot less tightness in my lower back after heavy squats and deads. I now incorporate this in all my warm ups. I also used to struggle with 'butt wink' quite a lot, but that has drastically reduced and almost eliminated since incorporating this. Thanks again for sharing this information

    Huh. Now, that explains why my crotch is hurting. Will do this before doing squats next time.

    Is this great for warming up before squats and if so how many reps and sets ?

    What does this mean if I did this and my si/lower back flared up and was irritated

    • @MelbourneStrengthCulture
      @MelbourneStrengthCulture 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      KC marques could be a number of things. have you had lower back/SIJ issues in the past? you may be pulling yourself into too much posterior pelvic tilt causing irritation in that area. maybe see a health professional for any underlying issues....?

    I dare you to try and count how many times he takes the lid of the pen off and puts it back on again. Go on... I dare you!!
