Oh my GOD!!! I've subscribed an hour ago and I'm your fan already! What a beautiful job. I'm from Brazil and I just started 6 months ago building a DIY CNC and now looking for how to do 3D carving.
You are definitely a reference. Good work. Thank you very much! Love you

    Good informative video.
How do you protect your computer/radios and all other equipment from being covered with dust?
My experince is that even with a vacuum cleaner the air is filled with small particles that end up covering everything!

Hi Roger. I love your work and the great videos.
At approx the 19:00 minute mark, it is easy to see that the left side of the tool path was making odd marks when it was at the end of the path. Was that by design? Or was the machine losing stepper counts?

Hi. I have watched many of your videos. I am a disabled veteran with a need to hobby. I have ordered a small, cheap CNC router but it will take a while, so a local wood smith will allow me to use his large CNC router. He has Mach3 with Lazycam but I have never used any of these before and I was wundering if you would recommend a program to start with a sketch and convert it to G-code for Mach3. I'm not rich but I will buy what I really need. Also, which of your videos do you recommend to learn this process?
