What I love about this scene, is you start to understand why Art is the way he is with Raylan. In this see, we see an older/wiser Raylan in the form of Art. It's not that the tendencies have left necessarily, but they're used less frequently than Raylan tends to.

This was such a good insight into Art and WHY he gave Raylan so much rope. There was a time where Art would employ the spirit of the law vs go by the book. Amazing character.
