Some PCSOs have different powers and some can even restrain you if that power has been designated. A PCSO MUST show you this card on request or anything they do to you may become unlawful.
All PCSO designation cards are the same. Edit,, PCSOs only have the authority to call police for assistance. No one has special powers, not even the police have special powers.

I can only conclude that the majority of PCSO's and regular constables/officers are deliberately ignoring information, instructions and advice from their superiors and basically doing as they please, making up whatever directives, orders and laws they want, just so they satisfy their narcissistic ego, go on a power trip and abuse their authority over the public, violating their civil rights in the process and on purpose.

I’m not aware of that distinction in Section 42 of the Police Reform Act regarding showing of the designation card. Numpties.
