- Thanks for joining us on another episode of Addicted Life! In this week's episode were doing some winter steelhead fishing with Ryan Beck of Beck's Guide Service. The day started off fast and furious hooking chrome steelhead in the first couple runs we fished. The day was pretty consistent with action most of the day. I should probably just move out of the Puget Sound area to the Oregon coast. At least they have steelhead fisheries.

Puyallup used to be a steelhead gem. Grandpa and lots of old timers have told me good stories. Super sad we’ve let it go... now we’re watching it happen to the ones we have left. #waneedsbroodstock

Im a complete die hard Fly Guy. But for some reason I was searching TH-cam for Todd Moen videos and ran into you guys. You guys F%$#!ng Rock. I watched one of your live feeds about beads last night. Always heard mortality was brutal on the fish because of them. Education is priceless. Thank you. Keep up the good work. The midwest has tons of steel. The rivers can be crowded and people are territorial about runs and pools. I quit steelheading a few years ago because of it. Maybe its time to start swinging the fly again. Subscribed and smashed the Like Button.

Should I have a large variety of rivers to fish (for steelhead) instead of just one, because when my river closed this year I just felt lost.
