When I saw them, they only played there 3 singles since album wasn't out then. They opened with Stitch closed with Low. They sounded better when I saw them.
The clean singer is literally so effing good, anyone who thinks otherwise doesn’t know how hard it is to dirty sing like that. He’s basically mimicking architects singer almost to a t. Incredible.
Absolutely crushed i got hurt on very first song in the pit up front and had to miss this set due to being at medical tent. But I could still hear them do their thing. Was one of the main reasons I went is to see them
@@Hollowanimate you can hear the backing track in this. It's very obvious during Manic. The entire intro is a backing track and so is the harmony on his vocals.
To all the people saying that they sound like shit live, well no shit it’s stream audio and stream audio is not good, it even makes the best of bands like slipknot sound like shit. You just had to actually be there as was I and they sounded amazing
@@memeteam3318 tbf a lot of people are saying Briton is awful atm. His vocals don’t seem at best but they aren’t bad for sure. His vocals were edited in studio slightly tho for sure. Would love to see both tho.
I was there. Hadnt been in any pits before till this band. I knew the pit I got in had to be a crazy one, but not once did I feel like I was in danger in the pit. It felt like a party where your just shoving each other and I loved every second of it
I did a quick search of this show and found footage from the crowd and I can confirm what others ha already stated. This pro shot doesn't do any justice to the vibe of the show or how great they sounded. I'd recommend going to find those same videos. So cool to see Wage War out there killing it.
Audio does seem muffled, in saying that at around the 3min mark you can literally see a msg notification drop from the top of the screen so it’s a recording of a screen performance 😅👍
Missing Fury or Ghost, but love the set! Wish Brit would stick to just screams he seemed not as powerful since he also had to sing. Plus Cody is a phenomenal singer so need more Cody
I lost my hat crowd surfing during the breakdown of Death Roll hahaha Edit: oh wow that’s actually me who’s arms and legs are flailing in the air when he’s screaming in the breakdown!
Seeing a lot of comments about the vocalists. Both were incredible and super high energy. Wage war pulled more people than social distortion. They had like 3 moshes open. I had so many people ask who they were so they could find them later. Amazing performance this video isn’t great
Where is the clean vocalist cant see him anywhere he should do a solo album harsh vocalist not so good but he is the only one you can see doesnt make sense
Good video but honestly the songs sound the same. There was one point it was like they were playing the same song 3 times in a row the songs were so similar
This is not the Wage War I was expecting compared to when I’ve seen them Britton and Cody both sound like garbage and the energy on stage is like they’d rather be napping. Could be a lot of factors for it but when the only energy on stage the whole performance is the light/pyrotechnics and Caleb (not to mention Caleb sounds 1000* better here) you know it’s a really bad night
From what I've seen they usually sound consistently better than this even in 2021. Going by the sound of the vocals they just sound flat out tired here.
there was a video of Ice Nine Kills from this festival as well. The sound quality was garbage and didn't do them justice in any capacity. Although I agree that Wage War's stage presence is a little whack.
Y’all had to actually be there as was I, this stream audio is just shit, was there and they sounded phenomenal, also their stage presence is fine, think y’all are nitpicking way too much
@@tylerwhite278 yea Briton is usually really getting the crowd involved and just being swaggy, didnt really see that in this. But to be fair I wasn't there so I cant really say much
"spin it, let's go" in a meth addicted voice lmao wtf. Some of these lines are the most cringe shit I've ever heard. Weird that they sound good in the studio.
@@christophermolina5522 yeah this was their last performance of the year i believe. But the video quality is pretty bad they were much better in person
Man….I’ve been so hype for this album and I’m so disappointed in them live. Garbage vocals..they should thank the guy doing cleans, he’s saving the frontman. Edit: there’s no power or emotion coming from this guy just very apathetically “screaming.” Sad.

bro one of the most intense pits i’ve ever been in and i’ve been to a TON of concerts, i loved every second of this setlist
Sucks to hear, hope you get to see them in the future!
Thanks for sharing/posting this! Freakin awesome band right here!!!!!!
I was in the crowd and the mix was significantly better in person versus what you hear in the video. Take it for what it is.
Absolutely it was
Could possibly be because their backing track isn’t playing through the mix and could only be heard in person
Either way very good sound quality 👌
Yea it was

They are playing Godspeed live?!?! Awesome!! My favorite song of the new album!
Indeed it’s heartwarming I love that track it’s like I’m on a new planet relapse and godseep are my fav
Really? I loved the new album but Godspeed is honestly by far my least favorite track on it
My fav was manic. That breakdown is goated.

Caleb coming out during High Horse just adds to the hype
This did this in Ohio for Inkcarceration and it was fucking insane
You could feel the energy
Caleb is such a unique vocalist. His screaming style is weird but good. Kinda sounds a bit like Mike from tdwp

I was there it was an amazing show!! Killer setlist
this video doesnt do the show justice, this was the best live performance (and possibly best crowd) of the weekend

This show was fucking amazing, I spent the entirely in the front right pit.
Man this set list is INSANE!!
Got a nasty gash on my left elbow from falling in the asphalt in the pit but a great souvenir to remember this show!

Mutual agreement between guitarist and vocalist is crucial. They have it

Bro what the fuck is going on with their vocals?
Good video but honestly the songs sound the same. There was one point it was like they were playing the same song 3 times in a row the songs were so similar
Yeah, that's what I thought when I heard Relapse for the first time. I was like: This intro sounds like 'Who I Am' off of Pressure
@@WxB2001 yeah idk why they write the same sounding riffs. A lot of them are like very very close to their last album. I noticed it right away lol
Singer is on point.
Screamer must need a lot of FX. Dry he doesn't sound very good.
That’s the video. In person he sounds amazing
Live he sounds great, this video is not helping them. It's like it was recorded on a potato.
