uther can be very funny with shadowsteps and breakdances. I managed to get a horseman kill
same! very satisfying to do in 2024 standard

@11:05 - Wow that was brutal. For basically any other hero card there is an explanation to what they do and why they're good or not. And then there is poor Scrougelord.

FR though, he's C tier. Cleave weapon is situationally useful, as is hero power (Things like Pirate DH, Evolve Shaman, Flood Pally, DK). His only real issue is his cost the game might be over by the time you get him out vs those decks.
Dazzik is him but better
He is useful in my Gunspire OTK list which is very close to becoming a T2 / T3 Meta deck. His weapon and hero power can help me clear out some minions so the board is empty.

With the robocaller list, sometimes Dr Boom's battlecry is kinda relevant when Tess brings back the robos, hes at least B tier I swear 🫠
Glad for this educational video , after skipped 2 + years of Hearthstone and came back after the Titans expansion , so many of these heroes are abig question mark for me..

Rexxar death knight is the goated hero obviously, but frost lich jaina has always been my favorite. The ping into elemental is so satisfying, getting minions down and figuring out the proper breakpoints feels so good with her

I know it’s not so simple to make an extremely extensive guide, but if you could make a video on more obscure things like Sonya combos to look out for, etc. I played the deck at around a top 4000 legend season mmr in d5. It took me about 15 games of a 30% win rate to get the hang of things. Although what’s nuts is I got Guff one time in 25 games total.
The deck really feels great when you get it. Also, is there a way to make sure Tess can actually be returned to hand? And what’s the best/worst matchups? UUB DK felt tough as does Reno druid and odyn decks. Agency espionage, any advice on that as well? I think these are things they could be covered in a video and be really great.
For some reason when I play Tess, the first spell cast is Shadowstep and it’s always on her . I’d presume this is the case for others

Somehow I met mirror with your Control rogue Deck. We talked to each other and we both think that we find card draw from Tess is a hard thing to play around. Any tips?
Harth Stonebrew is really good in Rogue because of Tess since 10 out of 11 times it will give you a non-rogue hand and Tess can replay all of those cards. I've had a game where I pulled Lightforged Cariel from Maestra and I got the Death Knight - Blood hand from Harth. Fun game it was, still lost since Tess obliterated herself.
Are you able to turn into the pumpkin death knight? (Not sure with how Runes really work, think you can discover him) If so, he was missed. Though I would imagine he would be B, as you can play him early, as well as removing an enemy minion with high attack is decent. Though his hero power isn't too much to write home about, not terrible if it goes into the late game though.

Tamsin when you’re able to excavate for the snake
As someone who plays Drilly Maestra Rogue, Tamsin is goated for getting the azerite snake with bouncebacks

I wish you sorted the heroes within their individual tiers also but you explained things well at least :)

You never want to pick a rogue hero if you want Tess to bounce herself with shadowstep. Just an important detail you want to keep in mind

very weirdly enough I played Uther of the Ebon Blade against someone who had the refresh your hero power card after playing a card legendary that I got a copy of and won the game with it a couple days ago.

Demonslayer Kurtrus is easy S tier in my opinion. The battlecry is useful and the hero power gives you OTK potential or at least a consistent damage outs
I once have Kurtus and got that 4 mana Hunter Legendary that everytime i use hero power it fires 5 damages of arrow lol.1 mana cuz Espionage
He's great for damage but bad for survival. He hard dies to Sif, big Mage, and Odyn.

No, because Jaraxxus is in the Core Set, and even if technically they are two different versions of the card, they are still the same card.
That's why you can't put the Core Jaraxxus and the Classic Jaraxxus in the same deck.
@@paperknigth2263 nope. deckbuilding restrictions are different from discover pools. You can discover core cards and their original copies separately, effectively doubling the odds of finding those cards if the discover pool allows. So it must be a secret rule that all “from the past” cards must not include cards that are reprinted in core in order to prevent confusion when a standard player discovers an Un’goro tar creeper and thinking the effect is broken. Makes sense I suppose.
Additionally before anyone asks, Galakrond and his worshippers have a rule since day 1 that they can’t be randomly generated, which was a bummer in Duels because it means you couldn’t draft more copies between rounds.

Dane uses chromakey (greenscreen effect) to make the card art transparent. Works great with everything except things colored green, like Tamsin's fel energy

Fun fact: I opened Maestra alt art as my first legendary in TiP xpac… I’ve played it a bunch of times; my issue is the meta(more violent offenders are ele mage/Painlock/PirateDH), which makes Maestra, although fun, and good at times, very lack luster… Games tend to end by turn 4-5 against heavy aggro. I hope this xpac they slow the meta down a lot so I can use my Maestra to much funner affect.

Probably because so much of their value is in the buildup. Invoking them throughout the game is what generated so much value, and without that it’s very underwhelming.

@@ShuckleShellAnemia This is correct. It's also why Demon Hunter had its Invoke cards removed: because they were too strong and could not be properly balanced
You should say: DISCLAIMER ⚠️⚠️ this list is relevant for a tespionage deck if you play some else like 😢mining rogue or an hybrid some heroes might be better
