I'm not sure why this was in my feed, but what kind of updates are you specifically talking about? most people only want ECU's updated to delete emissions, increase performance or add features (4l80 swap, flex fuel).. why would they pay you $250 over renting a hptuners and paying for some credits? you say any GM vehicle but the link only shows 05+. do yall plan to offer services to the early LS crowd or the OBS black box users? there would be $$$ in selling a 0411 conversion harness with correct programmed ECU for the less tech inclined gmt400 folks. do you plan on offering a remote programming service? people paying a deposit for you to ship them a craptop and dongle, instead of shipping their ecu in. this is cheap and easy for 98-05 (see lsdroid, pcmhammer) but does ramp up quickly.
