Coffee Cloud Dessert

Coffee Cloud
¼ cup strong coffee
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp instant coffee
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ tsp cocoa powder
I star by making a strong coffee, when ready, I add 2 tbsp sugar, mix together and let it completely cooldown (after cooling down I add ½ tsp of instant coffee).
In a bowl, I mix 4 oz of cream cheese and ½ cup of sugar together until smooth then , I add the coffee and I mix that in then, I cover it with plastic film and place in the fridge to set.
After 30 min, I add to the bowl 1 cup of whipping cream and mix until fluffy, cover it again with plastic film and place it in the fridge to set for other 30 min.
I use a piping bag, to help me filling the glass then, I sprinkle with sifted cocoa powder.
