There's some regional sandwiches WaWa makes you can't get everywhere, for example here in South Florida you can get a Cuban sandwich which isn't a true Cubano because it comes on their regular hoagie loaf instead of Cuban bread, but it is half the price of a legit one and it will hit the spot if you just want some roast pork (and I like my Cubanos non-traditional with lettuce, tomato, and mayo). WaWa only came on the scene here like 5 years ago but they're expanding fast.

The timer on the bag is when it goes out of date, not when it was made. That was the issue, used to love them and the jalapeno one when I worked there and could get it right out of the oven.

@@yayo4nasal My local WaWa is crazy busy. Food is generally fresh. Most items I have tried were good but a few have lacked seasoning or flavor. I agree that quality could be better in some instances. Not sure if South Jersey stores are better but I don't disagree with you. Expanding too fast up here could hurt quality for some products.
