    Thank you again for this ❤video. Very interesting and also very nice you do a food pairing as a wrong pairing can completely distort flavours. Great pairing ... I will need to try the bacon/tomato/cold brew combination ... very interesting. I also find coffee - dark chocolate pairing very interesting ( Cocoa Percentage ranging from 75 to 90%) as also so many flavours you also find in the various coffee beans/roasts ... Fruity/citrus/berry Buttery/sweet /earthy/ Floral/spicy ... It would be great to do a pairing of your FAB coffee with artisan craft chocolate (Karuna,OmNom, Chocolate Naive , Marou, Blanxart,... ). One negative ... you get addicted to it 🤭🤭😊. Thank you for a yet again lovely and very informative video. 👍👍
