- Duke University RHP Marcus Stroman pitching at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts on May 17th, 2012 (05-17-12). Marcus is a Junior from Medford, NY and is eligible for the 2012 MLB Draft.
Marcus was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1st round.

It's his way of building momentum, getting rhythm and keeping his shoulders and upper half back. For your info when we played him last year his long toss was the most impressive I have ever seen on that field, he was effortlessly chucking the ball 360+ feet I would say. He crow hopped the same way, stop hating.
Such haters.. He's more athletic then probably everyone the haters know. A great pitcher, shortstop, outfielder, guard, quarterback. 22nd overall pick!

A stimulant in pre-workout supplements that is as strong as the caffeine in a cup of coffee should hardly require the same suspension as anabolic steroids. For your info, 80-90% of the D1 baseball guys I play with take pre-workouts and I doubt most of them realize they could test positive from some of them like Stroman did
