I guess it’s not photographed because walkers don’t know about the Battle of Roncesveux Pass in 778. Such a steep walk - Elizabeth gives me courage. And to think that horses pulled cannons and artillery over that pass. Incredible.

Thank you! Yep, pretty steep climbs for sure. We were so lucky it was a beautiful day, but it was still super windy and cold.
